Feeding Hong Kong – Prepare nutritious, simple and low budget cookbook for the needy

Higher Diploma in Nutrition and Food Management programme collaborates with "Feeding Hong Kong", a food bank, to prepare cookbook of nutritious, simple and low-budget recipes for the needy to cook on their own. Our students had a valuable opportunity to participate in this meaningful activity involving in testing the recipes and taking photograph of the dishes.
