Articulation Pathways

HPSHCC articulation path

The 2-year full-time Associate Degree and Higher Diploma programmes offered by HPSHCC provide students with valuable opportunities to articulate to universities and pursue multiple pathways. The College provides a wide range of programmes across multiple disciplines so that students can gain the professional knowledge and skills they will need for their university studies in the future. For students who do not meet the minimum entry requirement of the Associate Degree and Higher Diploma programmes, they may apply for the Diploma in  Foundation Studies programme (DFS).

The Diploma in Foundation Studies (DFS) programme is the one-year full-time programme providing students with the foundation needed to progress to the 2-year Associate Degree or Higher Diploma programme offered by the College. Designed for the HKDSE candidates or students with equivalent qualifications, the programme aims to equip students with a solid academic foundation.

Upon completion of the Higher Diploma or Associate Degree programme at the College, students can progress to various universities and access to diverse pathways. Graduates can apply for senior year entry of local UGC-funded Bachelor Degree programmes and Self-financed Bachelor Degree programmes through the non-Joint University Programmes Admissions System (non-JUPAS). They can also choose to pursue local Top-up Bachelor Degree programmes or Overseas Bachelor Degree Programmes.
